Lillian B. Romero Montoya
As a native of New Mexico, Lillian reflects the essence of the Southwest in her watercolors, oils, and mixed media. The realism of her florals, landscapes and still life are defined in her own individual style of painting.
Starting in 1979, she continued her studies developing into a professional artist. She has won numerous awards in various media depicting her beloved Southwest in different subject matter.
She has studied under nationally know artists and currently teaches her students watercolor and oil. Her paintings are found in private collections here and abroad. She is also a signature member of the Colorado Watercolor Society.
She currently resides in Westminster, Colorado where she maintains her studio.

Experience: Participated in various workshops given by nationally known artists. Currently teaches watercolor art classes. Recipient of various art awards since 1994. Participated in numerous one person shows.
