Anne is a native of the scenic Bavarian
Mountains of Germany, and is best known for her delicate floral paintings that
capture the beauty of nature around her. Her work reflects her passion for
painting in watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, collage and ink resist.
Anne has painted for over twenty years and has taught art for
many years. Her work is displayed in corporate and private collections
both locally and internationally. She has been a Paletteers member since
the early 1980's. She is also a signature member of The Colorado
Watercolor Society and The Western Colorado Watercolor Society, and is active in
other local art organizations.
Her work is available on display at her home studio and at
the Majestic Gallery (Idaho Springs, Colorado) and Foothills Gift Gallery
(Golden, Colorado)
She has received numerous top awards in state and national
juried exhibits. Most recently she was presented with the Betty Hedrick
Award at the 2001 Seven State Kansas Watercolor Society Exhibit. She also
won the Windsor Newton Award at the 11th Annual National Western Colorado
